If you’re going to be away from your desk but don’t want to miss an important call, you can forward your calls on your desk phone to another number.

Activate call forwarding

  • While on-hook, press the Call Forward soft key (or button depending on your phone model).
  • Dial a KU 4-digit extension number (forwarding to external numbers is not supported).
  • You should hear three short beeps and/or see the illuminated button next to Call Forward light up indicating that the forwarding is successful.

Deactivate call forwarding

  • To deactivate call forwarding, Press the Call Forward soft key (or button depending on your phone model).
