When can I use it?

When there is an important message for all University Community, you can request to use this service within business hours. All mass emails from Koç University require approval from the relevant department head and then Communications Directorate.

How much does it cost?

This service is available at no charge to the KU community.

How do I get it?

Submit a Trackit request and allow one business day for the actual delivery.
