Blackboard: Submenus & Browser Problems
When you experience Blackboard browser problems (upload button, submenu access, etc.), you can follow the steps below.
First of all, you can check the compatibility of your browser with Blackboard from this link.

Follow the steps below frequently for your current browser.
Clear your browsers site settings, cookies, and cache
After following these steps, the likelihood of your browser experiencing issues will probably decrease. If the problem persists, you may consider updating your browser or disabling browser extensions
Google Chrome
Open your browser.
Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner and go to "Settings."
Click on "Advanced" and go to "Privacy and security."
Click on "Clear browsing data."
Select the types of data you want to clear and click on "Clear data."
Mozilla Firefox
Open your browser.
Click on the three lines in the upper right corner and go to "Options."
Go to the "Privacy & Security" tab.
Find the "Clear History" option.
Select the time range you want to clear and click on "Clear Now."
Microsoft Edge
Open your browser.
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and go to "Settings."
Go to "Privacy, search, and services."
Find the "Clear browsing data" option.
Select the types of data you want to clear and click on "Clear."
Safari
Open your browser.
Go to the "History" menu and select "Clear History."
Choose the time range you want to clear and click on "Clear History."
