Change or Reset KU NetID Password
Your KU NetID account gives you access to the most KU IT services you use. It’s always a good idea to update your password regularly and and ensure that it's different from other passwords you use.
Change password
Check the Password Policies
Go to the KU NetID password change service page.
Enter your existing KU NetID account name and current password.
Enter new password conforming to the password policy described on the screen.
Click Send
Reset password
If you've forgotten your password or cannot access your account with your current password, you need to open an IT Trackit request.
