How to log attendance and view the logs?

Logging Attendance

  • Open the Koç Üniversitesi Mobil.
  • Select University Member.
  • Enter your KUNet ID and password.
  • Tap the Attendance icon on the home screen.
  • Choose the courses labeled In Progress to log your attendance.
  • Tap the code provided by the lecturer.

How to View the Attendance Logs

  • Click Self Service on the Main Menu of KUSIS.
  • Click Enrollment.
  • Click View My Class Attendance.
    • Term: Spring 2020 (by default)
  • Click Search.

Excused absences and health reports are entered into KUSIS once they have been approved. When a student cannot attend a course, his / her status will be automatically updated based on the report’s type.
