  • Press the the Menu button  button on the Taskbar.
  • Then click on the System and select the Settings, select Printers.
  • Go to the Add Printer page.
  • Enter the following printer path and click OK:
    • \\print\KUPRINT (for Rumelifeneri Campus printers)
    • \\westprint\WESTPRINT (for West Campus printers)
  • If you know the model number of the printer you want to use, choose the Select printer from database option and also choose the Lexmark printer option.
    • If you can’t find the printer’s model, visit the link from here and download the driver.
  • Choose the printer model as Lexmark.
  • Click Forward.
  • Enter the name of the printer that you have installed.
  • Click the Apply button.
  • Click the Print Test Page option and click OK.
  • Click on the printer icon that appears in the notification bar and open the job queue page.
  • Click on the print queue with the right mouse button and select the Authenticate option.
  • Enter your KU NetID and password as shown on the sample.
  • Use the PaperCut Client software to check the printer's output and credit status.Click Additional Printer settings.
  • Click Add then under the Network Printer choose “Windows Printer via Samba” type print/KUPRINT after smb:// (for West Kampus write westprint/WESTPRINT )
  • Fill password and username ( /kocun/KU NetID ) then click Forward
  • Choose the printer model as Lexmark. click Forward.
  • Choose MS812 for Driver Forward ( you can type a name for printer )
  • Click the Apply button.
