The default authentication method for the SSPR page is by default your GSM mobile phone number. You need to notify inform the IT Department of any changes to your GSM number changes and change the numberupdate it.
Login to https://aka.ms/ssprsetup with your KU NetID and password. You can change it by clicking the "Change" link next to the authentication method you want to change.
You can change the GSM number after you receive the code sent to the GSM number you have previously specified.
You can change the email address after you receive the authentication code sent to the email address you previously specified.
