• Log into Blackboard. (https://ku.blackboard.com) with your KU username and password.
• Click and go into the Blackboard course.
• Click the Lecture Videos (Panopto) link on the course menu. Then you will see a new page which has recorded live class session videos.

• Click on the Folder Settings

• You can also access the settings via Panopto.
• Click on the Browse Button.
• Select your Course from the folder list.

• Then you can see this icon for folder settings.

• Folder Settings window, select the Settings tab in the left hand navigation.

• Then scroll down to Availabity section, you can change the settings.
• Under sessions select the radio button label “When approved by Publisher”.
• This means all existing videos in the folder and all new videos added will be marked is pending approval. These videos will not be shown to viewers until approved by the Publisher.
• Under sessions select the radio button label “Immediately”.
• This means all existing videos in the folder and all new videos added will be immediately shown to viewers.

• Under sessions select the radio button label “Never”.
• This means all existing videos in the folder and all new videos added will be never shown unless set on the session to viewers.
• Under sessions select the radio button label “starting on ”.
• This means all existing videos in the folder and all new videos added will be schuled shown to viewers.
• In the Share section settings.
• If Publisher gives permission to a user, it just receives an e-mail to be sent when his video is added to the folder and confirm or cancel it. There maybe more than one Publisher. 
• Publishers can only added to a folder by an administrator or another Publisher. All Publishers listed on the folder will receive an e-mail notification  when a new video submitted for approval.
